I've shipped over 200 packages through Easyship in the last six months, and here's what most reviews won't tell you: the platform works brilliantly until it doesn't.
You'll love the clean dashboard, seamless Shopify integration, and discounted carrier rates. I saved 20-30% on domestic shipments and the international shipping tools actually deliver value.
But then the dimension adjustments hit. A 2-pound package suddenly weighs 41 pounds according to the carrier. That $33 FedEx label? Now costs $297. These aren't rare occurrences—they happened repeatedly on my shipments.
Customer support is inconsistent. Insurance claims get denied on technicalities. The free plan works great until you hit 101 shipments and get forced to upgrade.
Is Easyship worth it? If you're shipping internationally or need multiple carriers in one place, yes. For domestic USPS only? Save your money and use Pirate Ship instead.
